[By Telbgbaph.] WANGANUI, March 10. The annual regatta was held to-day. The following are the results of the events : Maiden Race, fonr-oared inrigged boat 3; distance, 1-J miles. Prize, .£6. Bata (Wanganui) 1 Scullers" Bace, 1$ miles. Prize, £5.
Hearn (Wellington) ... _ 1 Senior Fours, four-onred inrigged boats ; distance, 2V miles. First price, .£2O; second, .£5. Queen Mab (Foxton) 1 Dolly Varden (Wellington) 2 This race was a great boil over, as the Foxton men rowed in a very ugly style, but showed great strength and lasted welL For the first mile all were close together, but the Foxton men gradually forged ahead, winning by two lengths. Junior Inrigged Bace, four-oared, for oarsmen who have never rowed for an advertised race of the value of .£2O ; distance, 1£ miles. First prize, .£7 ; second, .£3. Bata (Wanganui) 1
