[reuter's telegrams.] LONDON, February 26. Irish Faction Fight An anti-rent meeting was being held to-day at Port Adown, Ireland, when a large body of Orangemen made an attack on the assembled crowd. A serious conflict ensued, and a number of both sides were wounded. ST. PETERSBURG, February 25. Probable Nihilist Ontbreak. Fears are entertained that a serious Nihilist outbreak will take place in this city on Wednesday next. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 25. Suspected Conspiracy at Stambonl. A Greek has been arrested at Stamboul having a number of bombs in his possession. He is suspected of conspiracy.
