We have subjected a sample of the above named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which arc set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart’s Schiedam Schnapps is avery superior article of its class, is well purified, and quite genuine. (Signed) Abthtjb H. It may bo advised as equally suitable for medical or economic purposes.—l have the honor to bo, Ac., (Signed) Wm, Johnson, Analytical Chemist to the Government of Victoria. This pttro medical spirit, superior to any in the market, and lower in price, is offered to the public under the fall conviction that it will supersede all others now in use.
