The Q,ueen’s Speech.
The Queen’s speech, indicates the introduction of Land, Bankruptcy, Criminal Code and Lunacy Bills, and an indemnity from the church fund for Irish relief already given. Referring to the Berlin treaty, it states that it is very necessary to restore order in Turkey. It hopes that the South African Confederation will be a success. Afghan settlement will bo made on the lines of the Gun. damuk treaty, and it trusts that friendly relations will be established with the Afghan people.
