Mails close at the < hief Post Office for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under: — THUBSDAY, FEB. 5. For Otago, per Waitaki, at 11.30 a.m.; late fee letters, 11.40 a.m.; guard's van, 12.10 pm. train. For Northern Ports, per Bingarooma, at 3.20 p.m ; late fee letters, 330 p.m. ; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. FEIDAT, FEB. 6. For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies, via Sydney, per Wakatipu.
