j These gentlemen visited Bakaia, Methven, and Messrs Gould and Cameron's on Monday. Yesterday they came through to AshburtoD, seeing a great deal of the country on their way from Bpringfield. After inspecting the town of AsUburton and immediate neighborhood, lunching at Mr Quill's Hotel, they went to Mr Jno Grieg's, wh>-re they were to stop last sight. To-day they inspect Longbeach, and on Thursday go to Mr Studholme's, and thence to Bingitata Island, reaching Orari on the same night, and visiting Temuka and Seadown district* on the following day.
