THEATRICL.

It is reported that oi the termination of the opera season the veteran manager, Mr Hoskins, will once more assume the reins of management at the Theatre Royal. Rumor says that it is not improbable that Miss Adelaide Bowring, who is now in Dunedin, will re-appear, after six years’ absence from Christchurch, at the theatre, in conjunction with a strongly organised company of old and now faces. Mr J. P, Hydes and the members of his company have returned to Christchurch after a long sojourn in Invercargill, and Messrs Steele, Burford, Musgrave, Miss Lizzie Morgan, and other favorites, are spoken of as probable members of Mr Hoskins’ Dramatic Company.
