News has been received that an insurrection has broken ont in Bolivia. The President has been overthrown, and has fled. The insurrection is attributed to the ill success of Bolivia in the war with Chili.

The secretary of the Peoples' Committee in the Transvaal, who was recently arrested for treason, has been comnrited for trial, and liberated on bail. BOMBAY, January 6. The Afghan War.

Mr ParnelL Reports state that Mr Parnell's speeches in America are extremely rate. Irish Riots. Several collisions h»ve lately taken place between the police and people,, owing to evictions. In a procession at Connemara, 400 persons assailed with stones sixty constables. The latter fired amongst the crowd, and charged with.bayonets, wounding several severely.
