SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Embay, Dbcembbb 19. his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. GLEN Y BOULTON. On the application of Mr George Harper the date of trial of this cause by special jury was fixed for January 12th. OBDBB FOE COSTS. Orders for costs were made in the oases of John Somers and Beria and William Robinson. BB BEBIA AND WILLIAM EOBINBON. Mr Deacon applied herein for an order of summons directing Frederick Reynolds to attend before the Court and give evidence as to the trading and dealing of the bankrupts. Mr Deacon read the affidavits of the trustee, stating that he had issued a summons to Reynolds to attend at his office to be examined, but he had not complied therewith. His Honor made the order, the summons returnable on December 23rd. LAND TBANSFEB ACT AND BB BBBDEBICK BO3ENBEBG. Mr Deacon, for R. Wilkin and Co., applied for an order herein calling upon Frederick L. Bosenberg to show cause why he should not ■withdraw a caveat entered by him against the registration of a certain section of land over which the said R. Wilkin and Co. held a mortgage from one Turton. The ground for lodging the caveat was, that Bosenberg alleged he was a tenant in common with Turton in the land, and had found half the purchase money thereof. His Honor granted a rule nisi calling upon Bosenberg to show cause why he’should not be ordered to withdraw the caveat and ray costs. Rule returnable on January 23rd in Banco. BB LOYAL STAB Or OANTEEBUBY LOD3B. Mr Stringer applied herein for an order enabling the surviving trustees of land belonging to the Lodge to deal therewith. His Honor made the order as prayed. BB GOODS OB ANDBBW BOYOB, DECEASED. Mr Thompson applied for direction as to service on James Boyce, the father of the deceased, for the purpose of obtaining administration to a creditor of the deceased. His Honor made an order directing the citation to be advertised twice in the Melbourne “Argus,” and "Age.” BB BOBBBT WATSON, DECEASED. Mr Oowlishaw applied for probate herein to Elizabeth Watson, as sole executrix under the will. national bank y. macintosh. Mr Ootterill applied on behalf of plaintiff for an order for leave to issue irterrogatories. Mr Stringer for defendant. His Honor made the order as prayed. The Court then rose.
