NEW ZEALAND RIFLE ASSOCIATION

To the -Editor of the Globe. SlB,-On making enquiries, I find that while one or two individuals have had in their possession for some time past programmes of the forthcoming prize meeting, others, and the majority of our marksmen, although members of the association, are entirely ignored and left in the dark. May I request, in a spirit of fair play, that the local secretary would kindly afford an explanation as to the reason that he is in possession of a copy or copies of the programme in question, and yet has not distributed the information of those who could prepare themselves, and thus have an equal chance of success with the favored few. Tours, &.8., HOWITZER.
