Affairs in tho Transvaal are improving. Sir Garnet Wolsoloy has stormed Secocceni’s stronghold. In tho wool markets the prices aro well sustained. To-day 8648 bales wore offered. November 22. Irish Affairs. Tho Government have resolved to grant loans at a nominal rate of interest for the purpose of relieving tho distress which prevails in Ireland. Another demonstration has taken place in Dublin.
