The total stock of tallow in London on the Ist inst. was 9750 casks. November 4. England and Turkey. The London press approve of enforcing an Anglo-Turkish Convention. CONSTANTINOPLE, November 4. The Porte declares its intention of executing the reforms embodied in the treaty of Berlin. There is great excitement in Stamboul at the action of England regarding Turkish reforms in Asia.
