Turkey is showing a disposition to comply with British demands respecting the reforms in Asia Minor guaranteed by tho provisions of the Berlin Treaty. Emigration from England. Advices from the colonies havo stopped the emigration of the Durham miners. LONDON, November 2. The English Government have sent an ultimatum to Turkey demanding that the reforms in Asia Minor provided for by tho Treaty of Berlin shall bo carried into effect. Tho Ameer has been discovered in a plot to escape. His designs were frustrated. Tho Canadian Council has passed supplies. The English brandy market has advanced 5d per gallon. Rum has advanced 3d. Orders have been given to the Mediterranean squadron, under Admiral Hornby, to proceed to Voola [ Gulf of Yolo P] CONSTANTINOPLE, November 2. Sir A. H. Layard, British Ambassador, explained to the Porto that the British fleet was ordered to Yoola [ Gulf of Volo ? ] on account of Great Britain insisting on the promised reforms in Asiatic Turkey being carried out.
