CHBISTOHCRCH. Wednesday, Octobeb 29. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., B.M.J Dbunk and Disobdebly.—A first offender was fined ss, and an older offender 20s. Incitiho to Fobseby.—Albert Godfrey Saunders, remanded from the 22nd instant, was again charged with aiding and abetting one Edward James to forge a deed of conveyance at Christchurch on the 28th March, 1879. Mr B. D. Thomas appeared for the accused. The accused was remanded to Timaru until Nobember 4th, the same bail being allowed.
