[Per Press Agency.] WELLINGTON, October 28. At the Opposition caucus the proceedings were secret. It is expected that a committee will be moved for to inquire into the arrangements between the Government and the Auckland and Nelson members. The Government have a majority of seven. The Opposition have decided not to attack the existing Government, but to proceed to business.
