OHEISTCHUBOH. Satubbay, Ooiobeb 25. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., E.M.] Dbtxnk ane Disobdeely.—A first offender was fined ss. Stebbt Fighting —Thomas Morrow and Philip Gregory were charged with fighting in the public street. They were fined 10a eaoh. LYTTELTON. Saturday, Octobeb 25. [Before J. T. Rouse, Esq., J.PJ Assault.—Daniel Collins and John Surrey, two seamen belonging to the ship Rangatikei, were charged with assaulting the third mate of the vessel during the voyage from London to Lyttelton. In the absence of the Resident Magistrate the men were remanded until Monday.
