BANK OF NEW ZEALAND MEETING.

[By Telegraph.] AUCKLAND, October 23. Tho Bant of New Zealand half-yearly meeting was held to-day, Mr Campbell being chairman. A large number of shareholders were present. The report shows a profit of £259,406, including £IBO,OOO premium on the new shares, and £9700 balance brought forward. Adividend and bonus equal to 15 per cent were declared, absorbing £63,500, and £IBO,OOO was added to reserve fund, and £SBOO carried forward. Mr Browning was elected a director and the usual votes of thanks passed. The reserve fund will now stand at £555,000.
