IN CHAMBERS. Fbiday, Octobbb 10. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. THEOBALD V STUDHOLMB. This case, which was an application for change of venue, stood over till the 17th inst. GOODS OP LLEWELLYN POWELL DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied herein for probate to Charles B. Grierson as executor. His Honor made the order. IN THB MATTES OP WM. BOBINBON AND BBBIA BOBINSON. Mr Wynn Williams applied for a rule nisi calling upon Robert Maxwell of Dnnsandel to show cause why a transfer of certain bills of exchange should not be declared fraudulent. His Honor granted a rule nisi returnable in Chambers on October 17th. BB THOS. WALTBB BTBINGBB. Mr Joynt applied for the admission of Mr Thos. Walter Stringer as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. His Honor complimented Mr Stringer upon having passed his examination with honor, and had much pleasure in making the order for his admission as prayed. BE THOS. WALTBB BTBINGBB. On the application of Mr Joynt, his Honor made an order admitting Mr T. W. Stringer as a barrister of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. The Court then rose.
