Mr Garrick said the consent of tho children to the mother being appointed as guardian had been filed, and also to her takiDg aiministration. Hia Honor said that on reading the affidavits ho would mako the order. THEOBALD V STUDHOLSIB. Mr Coltonll applied h >rein for an adjournment of tho motion for fining time and place of trial herein. His Honor grafted an adjournment until Monday next. GOODS 01? SYDNEY BOWDL'H, DECEASED. Mr Thomas applied herein for letters of administration to the widow of deceased. His Honor made the order.
