SPECIAL TO THE GLOBE. SYDNEY, September 20. THE NEWCASTLE MINERS. The artillery are under orders to leave for Newcastle, as affairs in connection with the miners there look serious. SYDNEY, September 20. All the Artillery have gone to Newcastle. The mining districts have been declared under martial law. Private intimation states that a serious raid is expected, but that the unionism is completely shattered by internal dissension and by the military precautions. THE EXHIBITION. The Exhibition is crowded. People are commencing to go more freely now the exhibits are being unpacked. [bettter's telegrams.J THE NEWCASTLE MINERS. SYDNEY, September 20. A force of 200 Artillery has been despatched to Newcastle. The official " Gazette " announces that extreme measures would be adopted to prevent any intimidation of the miners. A reward is offered for the apprehension of the offenders.
