Mr Bamford applied for probate herein to Mary Wilson, as widow of deceased and sole executrix. His Honor 'made the order. GOODS OP WILLIAM KERB, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr McConnell, his Honor granted letters of administration to Isabella Kerr. WILL OP B, J. WAKEPIELD, DECEASED. Mr Travers applied herein for probate to issue to W. Thomas Locke Travers, as one of the executors named, reserving leave to the others to come in. His Honor made the order. GOODS OP CHARLES COLLINS, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for letters of administration herein to Elizabeth Ann Collins, as widow of the deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. GOODS OP W. B. STREETER, DECEASED. Mr George Harper applied for an order issuing letters of administration to Sarah Streeter, as widow of the said deceased. His Honor made the order. BE THOMAS PARKER. In this case Mr Thompson applied for the discharge of the debtor, which was granted. BE JAMES HORNE. A similar order was made in this case, on the application of Mr Salter.
