The Homo Rulers are stumping Ireland. [REUTER’S telegrams.! CONSTANTINOPLE, September 1. THE GREEK FRONTIER. With reference to a telegram from Athens, dated August 28th, stating that the Porte had agreed to the Protocol of of the Conference as a basis for negotiations for setting the Greek frontier. It is now understood that the consent of the Porto will he subject to important reservations. ST. PETERSBURGH, Sept. 1. General Cazareff, commanding the Turcoman expedition, is dead. SINGAPORE, September 1. The schooner Suhaham, from here to Fraemantle, was wrecked off Anjor Point on the 31st of August.
