WEST AUSTRALIAN LOAN. A loan of £IOO,OOO for Western Australia has been placed. The allotment averaged 97 l-Bth. LONDON, August 29. The Quebec Legislative Council have rejected the Supply Bill, and have demanded that the Governor should change his advisers. ATHENS, August 28. The sitting of the Greek frontier Commissioners continues. The Porte has agreed to a protocol of the Conference regarding the basis of negotiations.
