MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHBISTOHUBCH. Satubday, August 9. (Before G-. L. Lee, Esq., and Geo. W. Hall, Esq., J.P.'s. Dstjkk and DiBOiiBEKLT.—A first offender was fined ss. LiEOBKT AS A Bailee.—Samuel Dobbinson was charged with the larceny as a baileeof a cheque for £l2, the property of Antonia Juris. On the application of the police the accused was remanded until the 15th August. liAECßNr.—Christian Messes and Elizabeth Messeh were charged with steal'ng £5, the property of John Hoppee. On the application of the police a remand was granted until Thursday, August 14th. Stealing Paws Tickets. Christian Messeh was charged with the larceny of two pawn tickets, the property of Thomas Thompson. The accused was remanded on this cherge also.
