THEATRE ROYAL.
The Hudson Surprise Party gave a change of programme last night. In the first part the ladies sang some pretty ballads very well indeed, and the comic songs of Messrs Wallace and Hudson were loudly applauded. In the second part Miss He Gay played a fantasia on the violin excellently. The dancing of Messrs Wallace and Hudson elicited loud applause, and Mr Glover was also successful in his songs. The new sketches went capitally, and altogether the entertainment was a very good one. The company appear again this evening.
