PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of theSydenham Borough Council will be held on FRIDAY, the Sth day of August instant, for the purpose of confirming the adoption of the following resolutions : “ That the Council make a by-law to regulate the erection of verandah posts, porticoes, and projections over any street or footway within the borough; the providing for spouts and drains within the borough ; the providing for crossings over or along footways and channels within the borongh ; the obstruction of streets within the borough by cat de ; and the depositing of building material, erecting of stages and hoardings, excavating cellars, &0., within the borough.” “ That the Council make a by-law for miscellrurous purposes, in connection with, and in furtherance of the good order and government ef the borough.” And “ That tho Council make a by-law for the prevention of fire within the borough,” W.
