Arrived—Steamer Meinier from China with a cargo of teas for New Zealand and Sydney.

Serious floods are reported from Tamworth. Sailed —Rotorua for Auckland. Hennessy's case brandy, 325; Now Zealand wlieat, 4s 7d per bushel; oats i 2s 6d; maize, 2s 6d; Sugar Company' ■ No. 1, £35; candles, 8d to S£d per lb rice, tobacco, and kerosene uncbanged. ADELAIDE, August 1. Wheat, 5s 5d per bushel.
