[Bt Telegraph.] [from our own correspondent, i WELLINGTON, July 26. It has been definitely ai ranged between the Government and the Opposition that a division oa the No-confidence motion be taken on Tuesday about four o’clock. It is also nnderstoad that the Opposition are so confident that they are willing to give the Government the benefit of two absent votes, viz , those of Messrs Driver and Bastings.
