CHRISTCHURCH. Thtjesday, July 3. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Dbuhk ahd Disobubbix. —Two inebriates were fined 10s each. Labobky. —Francis W. Forder wag charged with stealing a vest, value 10a, the property of H. B. May. At the request of the Inspector of Police the accused was remanded for twenty-four hours. Tbabsxebb. —The Caledonian Hotel, from Francis Innes to J. Hurst; the Marine Hotel, Sumner, from R. Hamilton to James Morton, subject to putting a responsible person into it in charge, in whose name the licence would be granted.
