PBr Teleghauh.] WELLINGTON, July 1. Both evening papers accuse Sir George Grey of autocratic practices. A Cabinet Council was held to-day, but no definite conclusion was arrived at as to additions to the Ministry. Messrs Rees and Moss are talked of.

July 2. The “ Chronicle” this evening contradicts a a rumor which has been circulated to the effect that the split in the Cabinet was a preconcerted idea on the part of Messrs Stout and Ballaneo, and also a statement that Mr Balance had insulted Mr Eos, tho Secretary of the Cabinet.
