Hellish, Esq., R.M.] Obtaining Money by False Pretenses. —Edward Dillon was charged on warrant with having unlavrfully and knowingly obtained from Messrs Royss, Stead and Co. a certain order for payment, of the value of £75, by a false pretence. There was a second charge of obtaining from the same firm a cer. tain order for the payment and of the value of £4O and a threshing machine, with intent to cheat and defraud. On the application of the police, the accused was remanded until the 4th inst. Drunk and Dieoebkely.—A first ofiender was fined ss.
