Mails oloao at the Chief Pont Office for the following places as under, subject to’the necessary sltratioua TUESDAY, JULY 1. Mails per Arawata will be closed as under ; For Otago and Australian Colonies, the United Kingdom, via Briudisi and Southampton (for specially addressed letters only), Continent of Europe, India, Egypt, South Africa, &c.. Ordinary letters, at 1 p.m. Late fee letters, at 2 p.m. Registered letters, at 12 noon. Books and newspapers, at 12 noon. Money orders, at 11 a.m. Guard’s van, 2.40 p.m, train. Note. —There will be no supplementary mail per Arawata, _ .. The mail via Brindisi will be due in London on August 25th, and the mail via Southampton on September Ist.
