Malls olose at the Chief Post Office for the following plaoea as under, subjeot to tho neoecsary alterations •. THURSDAY, .TTTNE 26. For Kaikonra and Northern ports, per Hnia, at 4.45 p.m. The late letter box, guard's van, must not be used for this mail. FEIDAY, JUNE 27. For North«rn Ports, per Southern Cross, at 11 a.m. SATURDAY, JUNE 28. For Otngo, per Hawea. Tho next mails for tho United Kingdom via Brindisi and Southampton (for specially addressed etters only), will be closed at Christchurch on july Ist. The mail via Brindisi will be due in London on August 2.5 th, and the mail via Southampton on September Ist. The next mail for the United Kingdom via San Francisco will be closed at Christchurch on July 18th, and will be dae in London on September 2nd. SYDNEY J. DICK, Ohief Postmaster.
