Moils close at the Chief Post Office for the following places oa under, snbjeot to the necessary alterations: — WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, For Otago and Australian Colonies, per express train to Port Chalmers (to connect with s.s. Rotorua), at 7.30 a.m. For Northern ports, per Arawata, at 12.30 p.m.: late fee letters, 12.50 p.m. ; guard’s van, 1.25 p.m. For Nelson and Westport, per Maori, at 12.30 p.m. j late fee letters, 12.50 p.m.; guard’s van, 1.25 p.m. train. For Otago, per Wakatipa, at 1.50 p.m.; late tee letters, 2.10 p.m. j guard’s van, 2,43 p.m train. For Kaikonra and Northern ports, per Jane Douglas, at 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m.; guard’s van, 4 p.m. train. The next mails for the United Kingdom via Brindisi and Southampton (for specially addressed ettors only), will be closed at Christchurch on july Ist. The mail via Brindisi will be due In London on August 25th, and the mail via Southampton on September Ist.
