The wool sales wore continued to-day and prices were firmly maintained. 291,900 bales have been sold since the opening. THE ZULU WAR. June 19. At a Conservative meeting last night, Sir Stafford Northcoto made a statement to the effect that he anticipated that the Zulu campaign would bo brought to a successful conclusion before the prorogation of Parliament in August. PARIS, Juno 19. At the Congress of the Senate and Chamber of Deputies at Versailles today, it was resolved to amend the constitution transferring [the French Chambers to Paris, as recently proposed by the Government.
