Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Failing to Pbottdb.—John Haggis was brought up on remand charged with failing to provide for the support of his illegitimate child. He was remanded to Wellington. Cbtteltt to Awimais.—John Lincoln was charged with cruelty to an animal, by driving a horse with a Bore shoulder, and the Court having been satisfied as to the facts of the ease, fined him 10s, and costs. | [This was all the business.
