Stad Haarlem at St. Vincent, on tho 14th inst. FIRE ON THE VOLUNTEER. Between three and four o'clock this morning a blaze was observed on board the schooer Volunteer by the men employed at the Rialto, lying at ■ -No. » wharf, and three of them pnt off to the vessel. flChe galley of the schooner was found to be on fire, the flame reaching to the boom and gaff of the foresail. The men thoughtfully first entered the cabin of the schooner to ascertain whether anyone was on Board, and there found H. T.arsen, the master, and his mate, Frank. Thore. These they at once aroused from sleep, and returning on deck commenced to put ont the fire. The foresail had by ■Jhiff" time been burnt up, ard it was with the • iitinost exertion, on the part of the firemen, that the mainmast and mainsail were protected. The damage done is confined to the foremast, with the gaff, boom, and sail, and to the galley.
