The stock was to be in amount abont the same as it was at August stock-taking, 1878, so I find that I must Dispose of from twenty-six to twenty-eight thousand pounds (£23,000 to £28,000} worth of STOCK at some price. To effect this object, I shall on SATUBDAY MAY 31st, submit the Whole Stock of over sixtyfive thousand pounds worth, at such prices ai will accomplish my purpose of bringiDg it to the desired amount. The Goods are quite new, and bought from the Manufacturers, thus avoiding intermediate profit. They have been marked at an ordinary and reasonable advance, and are now offered at REDUCED PBICFS simply for the above named reason. SEE CATALOGUES, Which will be issued with "Lyttelton Times," " Press," &c, &c, and can be obtained at Dunstablo House. The Goods are all in fitock in quantity at the Reduced Price 3 named in the Catalogue on the date of its issue ; but as the quantities in some cases are limited, buyers will do well to call early. We mark all Good* in plain figures; the reducod prices are in red ink. Not withstanding that we are offering tha Cheapest Goods ever shown in Dunstable House, we shall as usual give ONE SHILLING OFF EVERY POUND PURCHASED FOR CASH.
