The proceeds of this entertainment will go to purchase now hymnals and psalms for St. Mary’s choir, the books now in use being quite worn out. This object will doubtless commend itself to all interested in the church, and draw a large audience to the entertainment to-morrow. Tee Unemployed. —ln reference to the question of finding work for the unemployed, in connection with which the different Hoad Boards were written to from the City Council, the town clerk has received a letter from the Lincoln Road Board, stating that the Board had no special work upon which to employ the men, but t hat contracts were about to be let for the construction of roads, upon which men in need of work might find employment
