Mails close at the Ohio! Post Office £or fa--lollowing plaoea rip, under, subject to the neosseart alterations : MONDAY, JUNE 2. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Ladybird, nt 1,50 p.m.; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; guard’s ran, 2.40 p.m. train. TUESDAY JUNE 3. Mails per Arawata will close as under : For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, via Brindisi and Southampton (for specially addressed letters only), India, China, Cape of Good Hope, Australian Colonies, Otago, Ac., ordinary letters at 1 p.ra. ; late fee letters, 1.45 p.m. Eegistered letters, books and newspapers, at 12 noon. Money orders, at 11 a.m. Guard's van, 2.-10 p.m. train. The mail via Brindisi will ho due in London on July 28th, and the mail via Southampton, on August 4th. Supplementary mails for the United Kingdom and Australian Colonies, &c., to connect with s.s. Arawata at the Bluff) will bo closed at Christchurch on Wednesday, June 4, at 7.30 a.m. The next mail for the United Kingdom via San Francisco will be closed at Christchurch on June 20th, and will be due in London on August sth.
