For Northern ports, per Arawata, at 1.50 p.m.; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; guard's van 2.40 p.m. train. For Northern ports of New Zealand, per Waneanui. SATURDAY, MAY 81. For Akaroa and Otago, per Wanaka. For Northern Ports, per Ladybird, at G. 30 p.m. For Kaikonra and Northern Ports, per Jane Douglas, at 8 p.m. The lato letter box, guard's van, must not be used for the mails per Ladybird and Jane Douglas. Tho next mail for the United Kingdom, via Briudisi and Southampton (for specially addressed letters only), will be closed at Christchurch, on Tuesday, June 3rd, at 1 p.m. The mail via Briudisi will be due in London on July 28th, and tho mail via Southampton, on August 4th. Supplementary mails will not be despatched per Arawata. . Tho next mail for the Unitod Kingdom via San Francisco will bo closed at Christchuroh on June 20th, and will bo duo in London on August sth.
