[beutee’s TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, May 11. EGYPTIAN AFFAIRS. Details of tho Egyptian crisis confirm previous telegrams. The Khedive made a statement declaring that his decision to form a Native Cabinet was in compliance with tho growing national feeling. Tho now Ministry should be responsible to tho Council of Delegates, invested with full power after the European model. Tho conduct of tho Khedivo has caused a sensation in London and Paris. Tho feeling in London is opposed to coercive measures, but recognises tho necessity of warning the Khedive. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs has gone to Paris to confer with tho French Government. It is believed tho Khedivo is secretly encouraged by a European Power unknown. GARIBALDI IN ROME. Garibaldi has arrived at Rome weak and ailing. Ho received an impressive reception. This visit causes anxiety to the Italian Government, its object being unknown. It is believed that the New Guinea scheme was a ruse. LONDON, May 13. In the House of Commons last night the Secretary of State for the Colonies made a statement concerning the Boers, to the effect that on the 18th April their camp was broken up and they had dispersed quietly.
