[reuter's telegrams.] ANTICIPATED DEAD-LOCK IN NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY, May 15. In the Assembly last night, the Council's message in reference to the differences between the two Houses on the Parliamentary Privileges Bill came under discussion, and, on the motion of Sir Henry Parkes, was expunged from the records of the House. The motion was carried by twenty-eight to ten. A dead-lock between the two houses is anticipated. MELBOURNE, May 14. Parliament is further prorogued till June 24th. It is believed that Mr Zox will resign his seat for East Melbourne this week. [special to "globe."] SYDNEY, May 14. There is great uncertainty as to the rosult of the intercolonial eight-oar race. Both crows are fit, but the Victorians are heavier and the Sydney boat is superior. The Torres mail steamer brought 340 packages of merchandise and nineteen Chineso for Now Zealand. Rich gold has been found at Hawkins' HiU.
