[bbuteb's telegrams.] LONDON, May 6. The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in reply to a question, said that the Government accept the Russian interpretation of the Treaty of Berlin. The evacuation of Bulgaria and Eoumelia was to commence on the 3rd May and end on the 3rd August. An autograph letter from the Emperor of Russia to the Sultan notifies that the evacuation has commenced, and urges friendly rela* tions between the two countries. Wheat, 6d per quarter higher. Mutton tallow, 6d per cwt. lower. May 7. Cape Town has been received to April 23rd. The movements preparatory to the British advance into Zulu-land have commenced. The actual British advance takes place in a fortnight. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 7. The Russians have evacuated Rounielia.
