Order made as prayed, as well as for costs out of estate. DEED OF .T. S. SAVAGE. Mr M'Connell applied for an order declaring complete execution of deed. _ . The case stood over for rectification of affidavit. RE DEED OF JOHN PITHER. Mr O’Reilly applied for an order declaring deed of assignment herein completely executed. Order made as prayed. RE DEED OF ISIDOB SCHWARTZ. Mr Joynt applied herein for an order confirming deed of assignment herein. His Honor made the order. PETITION OF J. F. MILES AND OTHERS. In this case Mr O’Reilly applied for a summons calling upon Mary Schlnter to show cause why she should not be adjudged bankrupt on the ground of her having given a bill of sale over her property for a past debt. His Honor made an order, calling upon the debtor to show cause why she should not be adjudged bankrupt, the summons to bo returnable on 13lh May, RE W. ISHBRWOOD. Mr Slater applied for the debtor’s discharge under section 26 of the Debtors and Creditors Act. The debtor was now in Addington gaol on a judgment debt from Wellington, and had filed the usual notice of insolvency. His Honor made the order for discharge. RICHMOND V YOUNG. Mr McConnell applied for judgment herein, in default of plea. This action was for an overdue bill of exchange. His Honor made the order, judgment for plaintiff for amount of bill of exchange and interest, the latter to be computed by the Registrar. GOODS OF J. P. ZIMMERMAN. Mr O’Reilly applied for letters of administration herein, with will annexed, to be granted to the widow of deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. GOODS OF WILLIAM PATTON DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for letters of administration, with will annexed, to the father and next of kin of deceased. bis Honor mude the order. GOODS OF JOHN ROUNTREE DECEASED. On the application of Mr O’Neill for letters of administration to the widow of the deceased, His Honor made the order. WILL OF JAMES BINNIE, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for probate herein to the executors herein. His Honor made the order as prayed. WILL OF H. H. KNOWLES, DECEASED. Mr George Harper applied for an order granting probate to R. L. Higgins as one of the executors, reserving leave to the executrix, Elizabeth Knowles, to come in and prove. His Honor made the order. LEASES AND SALES ACT AND PETITION OP THOMAS W. FTFK AND ANOTHER, Mr Garrick applied for leave to gazette notices in this estate. The application was granted, and an order made to insert the necessary notices once a week three times in the “ Timaru Herald.” ESTATE OF CHARLES BROWNE TURNER, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order for the taxation of costs in this estate. Order granted as prayed. WILL OF JOHN CUMBERWORTH, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Joyce, an order was granted for leave to issue probate to the widow of the said deceased as executrix thereof. The Court here adjourned until eleven o’clock this morning.
