SPECIAL TO TEE OLOBE. THE AFGHAN WAR. London, April 22. A heavy snow storm impedes Afghan operations, CRETE. An outbreak has been place in Crete. [eeutee’b telegrams.] THE ZULU WAR. London, April 21. News from Capetown, dated Bth April’ states that Lord Chelmsford reached Q-un-gholora on Oth. His troops encountered a large force of Zulus on the 2nd. A severe engagement ensued. Twelve thousand were killed. The British loss is not stated.
