Mails clone at the Chief Post Office for the following plaoea as under, subject to the necosaary •Iterations:— „ „ THURSDAY, APRIL 10. For Northern Ports of New Zealand and Australian Colonies, per Wakatipu, at 3.15 p.m.; late letters, 3.30 p.m.; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. For Akaroa, per Huia, at 4.45 p.m. ; late letter box, guard's van, must not be used for this mail. For Hokitika, Greymouth, and West Coast, Timaru, Oamaru, and Otago, at 8 p.m. SATURDAY, APRIL 12. For Otago, per Ladybird, at 1.50 p.m.; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; late letter box, guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. For Northern Ports of Now Zealand, per Hawen, at G. 30 p.m.; late letter box, guard's van, must not be used for this mail. For Kaikonra, per Hnia, at 6.30 p.m.; late letter box guard's van, must not be used for this mail. The next mail for the United Kingdom via San Francisco will be closed at Christchnrch on April 25th, and will be due in London on Jnno 10th. The next mails for the United Kingdom, via Brindisi and Southampton will be closed at Christchurch on May sth. The mail via Brindisi will bo duo in London on Jnno. 30th, and tho mail via Southampton on July 7th.
