SPECIAL TO TEE GLOBE. London, March 31. THE ZULU WAR. The House of Commons have approved of the Zulu policy by a majority of sixty. [REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] London, March 31. THE ZULU WAR. In the House of Commons, Sir Charles Dilke’s motion, censuring the Government for the Zulu war, was defeated by a majority of sixty, 246 voting for and 306 against the motion. THE ENGLISH REVENUE. The Board of Trade returns give the revenue for tho year as eighty-three millions, being an increase over last year of three millions, and a third. The principal increase is derived from the income tax and the Customs revenue.
