Her Majesty signed the documents for the commipsion on the Sydney and Melbourne Exhibitions, with the Prince of Wales as president, and Mr Cunliffe Owen, secretary. The following are the othor members :—Dukes of Hichmovd and Manchester, Marquis of Salisbury, Earla Carnarvon, Cadogan, Q-ranville, Belmore, and Ximberley, Sir M. HicksBeach, Messrs Childers, Rose, Hoskins, Leighton, Cooper, Owen, Smith, and Morlcy.
