After hearing the evidence of the complainant, who is the defendant's cousin, 1o the effect of his violent, behaviour last Tuesday night, and that ia consequence of that and his general persecution r,he vas afraid of her life, the Bench deodod to adjourn the easo until Monday the 31st, for the complainant to bring forward witnesses in support of her, statement.
